Is Clearbrook at Banyan age-restricted?
Yes, at least one resident per home must be 55+. Guests of all ages are welcome, with seasonal guest policies for extended stays and grandkids — perfect for winter visits and summer pool days.
What does the HOA cover?
Exterior building insurance, new roof reserve, lawn & tropical landscaping, lake fountains, cable + high-speed internet, 24/7 gated patrol, clubhouse, pool, fitness and all trails. You handle interior + electric.
Can I have pets?
Absolutely. Two pets up to 35 lbs, plus a fenced dog park, pet parade in December and walking group every morning under the banyans.
How far to the beach and shopping?
Ocean Ridge Beach 12 min, Boynton Beach Mall & Trader Joe's 7 min, Delray's Atlantic Ave restaurants 12 min, Morikami Museum 10 min.
Are rentals allowed?
